Details:

1. Purchase online:

You will be able to select your seats, charge your tickets on Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover, receive on-line confirmation and pick up your tickets at will call at the time of the show. This takes out any of the mystery of where you will be seated for the show and keeps you out of the long lines at the theatre. You pick the date and seat and we will have the tickets ready at the door. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with order number immediately after placing your order.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND WHICH SEATS YOU ARE PURCHASING BEFORE YOU CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT. THESE CANNOT BE CHANGED.

There is a transaction fee of $1.00 per ticket to charge your tickets online.

Please note that the on-line box office will close 2 hours before all of the performances. If you have not had the chance to purchase tickets for a show, see option 4.

If you know you can't make a performance, please try to call and let us know and we will try to resell your tickets.

General Rules at Coppell Center for the Arts

Seating

All seats in the theatre are reserved. Doors open 20 minutes before performance time.

Senior/Student Discount

We offer a discount of $2.00 for each senior or student ticket. A senior is anyone over the age of 55. A student includes students of any age or pre-school children.

Child Policy

We encourage parents to introduce their children to live theatre when they think the child is ready for the experience. We expect that parents will take into account the subject and nature of the show in question; the age, maturity, and interest level of the child; and would be considerate of the other patrons seated near them. Theatre Coppell requires that all children have a ticket for admittance to the theatre even though they may be sitting on a lap. While children under a year old may attend, it is generally not conducive to an enjoyable theatre going experience for infants to attend our shows.

Cancellations

Once a reservation has been confirmed or tickets processed via on-line purchase there are no refunds or exchanges. If you know that you will not be able to attend a performance, you can call the box office and leave us a message. If we are able to sell your tickets for you, we will; however, we cannot refund any per ticket transaction fees that may have been charged. If the tickets were prepaid, we will issue a refund after the show run if we were able to sell the tickets. If the tickets were only held by reservation, we will not charge your card if, and only if, we were able to sell your tickets. Please know that your card will be charged for the price of the tickets along with the handling fee of $1.00 per ticket.
