RULES & MORE
Seating
All seats in the theatre are reserved. Doors open 20 minutes before performance time.
Child Policy
We encourage parents to introduce their children to live theatre when they think the child is ready for the experience. We expect that parents will take into account the subject and nature of the show in question; the age, maturity, and interest level of the child; and would be considerate of the other patrons seated near them. Theatre Coppell requires that all children have a ticket for admittance to the theatre even though they may be sitting on a lap. Children under six years old are not permitted for most shows as it is generally not conducive to an enjoyable theatre-going experience for younger children to attend. Children under six are welcome at special children’s shows.
Refund Policy
All tickets are a final sale and nonrefundable. There will be no refunds of tickets or fees for reasons including but not limited to a missed event, seat location, or quality of the event. Due to the nature of event bookings, dates, times, performers, and schedules are subject to change. In the event of a change, the Coppell Arts Center reserves the right to present a substitution for the productions or performers currently scheduled.
If a ticketed event is canceled and rescheduled, patrons will receive the new event information through the email address provided at the point of sale. If a ticketed event is canceled in its entirety and not rescheduled, refunds will be given, or other accommodations will be made. If refunds are granted, tickets purchased with a credit/ debit card via the box office, online or by phone will automatically be refunded to the original card used.
If an event is delayed or must be shortened due to severe weather conditions deeming it unsafe for patrons to be at the Coppell Arts Center, management will make the best efforts to issue make-up offers for future events to those patrons impacted by severe weather conditions.
